Gamlito is an international jazz quartet based in Berlin — with roots in Denmark, Scotland, Germany, and Spain. We met in the city’s vibrant and experimental music scene and quickly found a shared sound and melodic connection. We play original music that moves freely between the dreamy and the rhythmic – inspired by Scandinavian folk music, young contemporary American jazz, the energy of Berlin, and our different cultural backgrounds. It’s not about fitting into one style – it’s about finding something honest and alive in the meeting between us.
