Anděl Sudik (Second City) returns to Oslo:1st - 3rd May 2026!
Join for a long weekend series of three workshop sessions:
♦ Friday eve: Where's the Wall?
♦ Saturday day: Mind Body Music!
♦ Sunday day: Solo Improvisation in a Group Setting
These sessions are designed to build on each other, but can also be attended individually.
Each session is booked individually. Reduced rates apply when you attend multiple sessions.

Mind Body Music! is a workshop exploring musical improvisation as a way of playing, connecting, and creating in the moment.
Improvising musically can be both the most freeing and most heady of pursuits. This workshop focuses on getting into connection with yourself, your body and your partner and pushes you to see how you can get where you're going without thinking so damn much(or at all?!.
Through playful exercises and guided exploration, you’ll develop responsiveness, rhythm, and presence, and learn how to move with the flow of a scene rather than trying to control it.
Level: Open to all levels
Group size: Max 16 participants
Duration: 7 hours (including a lunch break)

Anděl Sudik is a director, improviser, actor and writer based in L.A. and Chicago known for her explosive energy onstage and in the classroom as well as her experiential teaching style. She is a faculty member of the Second City where she teaches sketch writing and improvisation remotely and iO where she teaches summer intensives in Chicago. She is an alum of Boom Chicago in Amsterdam, the Second City Touring and resident ETC Company and has directed Sketch, Improvisation and Solo shows at The Public House, Annoyance, iO, Lyric Hyperion, Thymele and Second City and Edinburgh Fringe. Before 2020 she could be found traveling, teaching and performing all over the states as well as across Europe in festivals and privately.
