ANDAAZ Bangladeshi Kitchen: A Premier Fine Dining Experience

Join us for an intimate Bangladeshi–Persian fusion supper club exploring food as storytelling, memory, migration, and gathering.

Rooted in my grandparents’ memories and shaped by California’s seasonal abundance, this experimental summer dinner brings together the flavors that have traveled across generations, borders, and homes. Inspired by the warmth of Bengali hospitality and the richness of Mughal (Persian) culinary traditions, the evening is designed as a space for slow conversation, sensory exploration, and meaningful connection around the table.

This first test kitchen is deeply personal—a longtime dream of creating a gathering that feels both nostalgic and new. Through shared plates and stories, guests are invited into an evening that celebrates heritage, creativity, and the simple act of breaking bread together.

Designed as a small-format pilot dinner, seating is intentionally limited to foster intimacy and genuine connection.
