Ancestral Roots is a deeply grounding, heart-opening experience designed to help you release what is not yours to carry, reconnect with your roots, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within you.
This is a space for real healing, somatic release, and meaningful breakthroughs—held with care, presence, and intention.
Through guided meditation, Reiki-infused energy work, and a multi-instrument sound journey, you’ll be gently supported in releasing inherited patterns, reconnecting with ancestral wisdom, and returning to the truth of who you are.
✨ What “Reiki-Infused” Means (Gentle + Safe)
Reiki is a soft, calming form of energy healing that supports the nervous system and helps the body enter a state of balance and safety.
It is not religious, does not require belief, and works simply through presence and intention—allowing your system to soften and release naturally.
Many people experience Reiki as:
warmth or tingling
a sense of peace or safety

feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded

The sound is designed to be both gentle and transformational—supporting the body’s natural ability to unwind, release, and recalibrate.
🌿 Optional Sacred Plant Allies (Offered Before the Gathering)
For those who feel called, optional Sananga or Hapé will be available before the main experience begins at 7:00 PM.
These sacred Amazonian plant allies are offered with reverence, education, and clear consent. Participation is entirely optional and never required to receive the benefits of the gathering.
Sananga may support energetic clearing, grounding, and clarity
Hapé may support presence, emotional release, and nervous system grounding
You may choose to receive one, both, or neither.
