About the Speaker
Kari H. Nolan is a nature poet, photographer, and founder of Shamana Eco Ayurveda. She will guide participants in exploring our primal, self-healing relationship with nature through the seed wisdom of Ayurveda—a more than 5,000-year-old science and holistic medical system. Attendees will learn simple, daily practices to awaken inner self-healing knowledge and cultivate a joyful life in harmony with the Earth.
Kari is Board Certified by the National Association of Medical Ayurveda as a Practitioner, Herbalist, Therapist, and Educator. Certified in Traditional Hatha Yoga since 2002, she brings over 30 years of therapeutic practice and client care experience, as well as a lifelong love of living simply in nature. She works with clients virtually worldwide and locally in the Louisville, Kentucky, and Perry County areas.

EXPLORE LOCAL & REGIONAL FOREST GROUPS
Kari recommends exploring our local & regional National Forests to reconnect with wild Nature. We can take conscious action to protect our own life-giving eco systems, our sources of water & oxygen, whose health is so vital to our own, through learning, volunteering & donating.
