💫 It all starts with turning the air you breathe into real-life healing magic, and opening your heartsong.
✨🌬️✨ Join Sandy Montgomery, Waysharer and ancient sound healer, to experience the flute, the breath of life, and the music of the wind. The way is inside. With essence of this sacred instrument, you are able to open your heart, access deeply held emotions, shift awareness, channel energy, and create a tranquil healing flow into your soul’s true song.
✨📜✨ You can play music a lot of different ways, but you can only create the healing magic of transforming the air you breathe into mindful music medicine, by using the oldest known musical instrument, the ancient sound of the flute. Embracing the essence of the sacred breath of the magical flute, can create an opening to touch the inner world, access the secret depths of your soul, and shine the moonlight in your heart.
✨🕊 This unique experience will begin in a sacred sound circle, with guided heartsong flute meditation, drumming, and roots & ritual. This an invitation to embrace this ancient sacred instrument by “breathing” and playing with sacred intention, ceremony, and reverence, while embodying nature, spirit, and the heart - a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. You will learn to play the pentatonic scale with breath enhancement and embellishments, as you journey into the rich multicultural ancient history of the flute for your personal self-care practice on your sound healing path. Discover a mindful, meditative, and personal practice with breath and creative self-expression - a journey into playing a lullaby for your soul, while opening the portal of the sacred healing of the upper world. No musical background is necessary, but, an open heart is required. If you have musical background, this will be an entirely new approach to music, a deeply synergized practice, playing for entrainment, not entertainment, and freestyle playing. An offering to learn to play by ear, with nurtured, intuitive energy, community connection, while infusing life-breath, heartsong, and soulshine into this experience.
🪶 You will be playing the flute when you leave the first session.
🪈 The flutes I will be playing are Native American inspired flutes, but any wooden flute is appropriate. Recommended keys of A, Am or C will increase your opportunity for success as a beginner. I have one handcrafted cedar flute available in The Tattered Archives, if you are interested. High Spirits flutes are also a quality and affordable beginning flute.

✨Sacred Exchange • $122 for two sessions. Cash pay at first session please. The follow up infusion session is March 9. After two weeks, you return with your flute ❤️🙏Heartsong and any questions.
