Rooted in ancestry, nature, and community, ATRs invite us to reconsider what we’ve been taught about spirituality and reconnect with deeper ways of knowing.

Shantrelle P. Lewis is a curator, cultural historian, and scholar whose work explores memory, spirituality, and the African diaspora. Her work creates space for deeper engagement with Black cultural traditions and histories.
