Our bodies hold ancestral imprints and memories from the people who came before us. Their gifts and unhealed traumas are expressed through their living descendants on an embodied, nervous system level.
To heal these imprints we need to work somatically, with the body itself.
This workshop is an opportunity to dive into the ancestral memories held within your body through somatic therapy tools and a breathwork journey. You will be guided to assess the health of the lineages that came before you and assist in their healing process.
The ancestral lineage healing and somatic practices will be led by Marie Zak, Somatic Therapist & Herbalist.
Tess Rouse, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, will guide the breathwork journey to take us a layer deeper into the body.
