Sisters Cath and Fin return to The Fold to host another transformative journey working with the Spirit of Cacao, at this important time of the year when the threshold between the living and the dead is at its thinnest and we call upon our Ancestors for guidance and insight.
This half day workshop will draw on somatic movement to ground into the body, breathwork, shamanic journeying, hands on energy medicine, music and drumming, ritual and ceremony. Cacao will be served, and as the ceremony draws to a close, Atole, a Mexican corn drink will be offered. Cath and Fin draw on years of experience in multiple healing modalities and practices. To guide individuals on the ancestral path, they will work with the serpent energy to shed the old and step into the new.
This work sheds light on limiting beliefs, heals old patterns and transforms inherited emotional blocks. Experience deep connection, clarity, & empowerment as we are able to integrate this new understanding into our lives
