About the Class:
This class is for anyone interested in learning about Ancestral Healing from a Holistic Perspective. By using cases of people who struggle with multi-generational trauma, this class introduces healers, mental health professionals, nurses, or anyone interested in self-healing ancestral trauma, to the many holistic healing services these individuals often seek. This particular type of trauma is the subject of the class because of the vast spectrum of holistic based therapies that can be used to help those who are dealing with it. However, students will gain a solid perspective of how holistic healing therapies are used to treat mental health/trauma related problems rooted in ancestral trauma in a broad spectrum of conditions. This class is very informative and backed with case studies.
NOTE: This class does not teach students how to perform holistic healing therapies, but rather instructs mental health on what these therapies are and how they can incorporate them into treatment plans for clients who wish to do so.

ABOUT JESSICA KOZAK-SHAW
Jessica is a holistic therapist who is a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner and Reiki-Master Teacher, Level 3 NAHA Certified Clinical Aromatherapist of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy. She went to Bridgewater State College and has also studied at Salve Regina University. She holds degrees in clinical psychology and business management. She actively practices many forms of holistic therapies including those within the spiritual counseling spectrum, the therapeutic arts, a wide array of energy medicine therapies, meditation and aromatherapy. Jessica was ordained as a Minister of Metaphysical Universal Ministries in 2012 where she further developed her understanding of healing in a natural and spiritual manner. She is also a professional teacher of holistic therapies to medical and mental health professionals.
