Join Tawni at Yoga Noho on Sunday Dec 1 @ 6:30pm for an incredible evening of guided meditation & Sound Bath connecting with your Ancestors, bringing healing to your lineage and alchemizing any of the energy, including but not limited to the energy of lack, limitation & lower emotions you inherited not for your highest good. As the energy on the planet continues to rise this is an invitation to consciously bring in loving gratitude for all who have come before you and all who are with you on your journey.

Tawni Sands has a M.A. in spirtual psychology and has been healing people through holistic counseling for the past 7 years. Her sound baths includes deep meditation, along with traditional sound healing instruments and her years of giving space for you to go deep into this experience.

We encourage those who attend to be comfortable with blankets and pillows, and create a cozy environment to relax and let go. Come join us as we take you through a truly immersive journey.
