Women's Ceremony: Ancestral Connections

Our ancestors carry some of our greatest gifts, wisdom, and knowing. Their stories, resilience, and lived experiences are woven into the threads of who we are today. Join us for an intimate evening of remembrance, reflection, and reconnection as we honor those who came before us and explore the ways ancestral wisdom may live within us.
Through shamanic meditative practices, we’ll create space to deepen your connection to your lineage, listen inward, and explore the subtle ways ancestral wisdom may speak through intuition, memory, and embodied experience.
Our evening will include ceremonial tea, guided journaling prompts, partner practices, personal reflection, and a guided shamanic meditation accompanied by sound healing to gently close our ceremony. Together, we’ll create a space for curiosity, reverence, and meaningful connection — honoring the past while returning to the wisdom within ourselves.
A few things to bring:
A journal and pen for reflection.
An offering for the altar, should you feel called to bring one.
Wear something that honors your ancestral lineage in some way — perhaps a color, textile, piece of jewelry, or garment that holds personal meaning.
Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to explore. No previous experience is necessary.
Meet Your Guide
Led by Roya Allegra, creatress of Earth Silk + Spice, a downtown Williamsport yoga and wellness oasis. Roya is a feminine energy guide, ceremonialist, and Shamanic Practitioner with a passion for creating community experiences that invite connection, empowerment, and self-discovery.
Originally from San Diego, California, Roya brings together her trainings in yoga, energy healing, and shamanic practices to support others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and living as their most authentic selves
Earth Silk + Spice is an intentional yoga and healing community. We welcome those who are desiring to find inner and outer strength through movement, self reflection and meditative practices.
