Welcome to Ancestra.
From April 23–28, we will gather in Little Bay, Jamaica for a six-day immersive retreat centered on intentional psychedelic work, community, and reconnection with the natural world.
Jamaica is one of the few places where psilocybin mushrooms are fully legal, allowing us to work with transparency, care, and deep respect for the medicine and the traditions surrounding it.
Our retreats are intentionally small and carefully held, allowing each participant to receive meaningful support throughout the experience.
This retreat includes:
• Preparation support before arrival
• 3 guided psilocybin journeys in a safe, structured setting
• Experienced facilitators, including licensed therapists, medical professionals, and/or U.S state licensed natural medicine facilitators
• Integration practices to help translate insights into daily life
• Somatic and reflective practices
• Time in nature along Jamaica’s beautiful coastline
• Nourishing meals and shared community

Ancestra is a BIPOC women-owned nonprofit rooted in ancestral wisdom, ethical facilitation, and right relationship with land, lineage, and community.
Our intention is to create a space where participants can safely explore personal healing, self-understanding, and deeper connection, while contributing to the healing of the greater collective.
Space is limited to a small group to preserve safety and intimacy.
