Join us for a meaningful and creative community gathering centered on storytelling, connection, and personal growth. This interactive experience is designed to help participants find their voice, build confidence, and develop life skills that support their everyday needs.

Through guided conversation, creative expression, and a supportive talking circle, attendees will explore self-care practices, share their stories, and connect with others in a safe and welcoming space. Together, we’ll also begin building a “living library” of shared experiences through interviews and conversation—preserving the wisdom within our community.

The day will include light refreshments, a grounding opening with prayer and introductions, and a unique art activity that transforms chaos into creativity—reminding us that beauty can emerge from life’s challenges. We’ll close with reflection and breathing exercises to leave you feeling centered and restored.
