Charlotte O'Neal, an artist, poet, musician and community activist living in Tanzania. O'Neal has been doing cultural and community work in Africa for nearly 40 years. Since 1972, she and her husband, Pete, have run the United African Alliance Community Center (UAACC) in Tanzania.
