This isn't just a dinner; it’s a curated 3-course culinary experience designed to celebrate the ones you love. From succulent seafood to melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek, our chefs have designed a high-tier menu that brings fine dining intimacy to your favourite local spot.

Price: $130 + HST per couple ($65 per person)
Includes: A full 3-course dinner (Choice of App, Main, and Dessert) + a complimentary hot beverage.

Appetizers (Choose 1 Each):
Beef Tartare: Elevated with crispy chicken skin, shallots, and the deep umami of black garlic.
Foie Gras Parfait: A luxurious start featuring sophisticated notes of ice wine and cherry gelee.
Squash Ravioli: Finished with a Chardonnay glaze, pumpkin seeds, and fresh pesto.
Main Courses (Choose 1 Each):
The Seafood Trio: Pan-seared Halibut accompanied by butter-poached Lobster and Shrimp, served with Parisienne gnocchi and a bright Yuzu Beurre Blanc.
Slow-Braised Beef Cheek: For the meat lover—served with a variety of forest mushrooms, silky potato puree, and caramelized onions.
