An Unconventional, Affordable Green Home Tour | Minitopia en Woonbedrijf

Buurtschap te Veld is Eindhoven's innovatieve antwoord op de woningnood: een tijdelijke wijk die 30 jaar mag blijven staan. Elke "kamer" heeft 30-80 woningen met een unieke indeling en eigen identiteit. Naast de woonruimtes vind je een buurthart, Stadsakkers, en plannen voor een natuurspeeltuin. Deze rondleiding wordt gegeven door Minitopia of Woonbedrijf. Minitopia begeleidt de bouw van 100 duurzame zeflbouw-woningen van maximaal 50 m² footprint. Op Buurtschap te Veld komen zo’n 350 sociale huurwoningen, verspreid in groepjes over de buurt. Ze worden verhuurd door de woningcorporaties Woonbedrijf en ’thuis, initiatiefnemers van Buurtschap te Veld. This tour is led by Minitopia or Woonbedrijf. Minitopia oversees the construction of 100 sustainable self-built homes, each with a maximum footprint of 50 m². Buurtschap te Veld will also feature around 350 social rental homes, grouped throughout the neighborhood.
