This hands-on training introduces participants to the essential features of Microsoft Teams virtual meetings, enabling them to confidently host and participate in online collaborations. Participants will learn key meeting management tools including attendance tracking, recording capabilities, live captions, and breakout rooms, as well as how to use interactive features like whiteboard and polls to increase engagement. By the end of this one-hour session, attendees will be equipped with practical knowledge to run effective virtual meetings and utilize Teams' core collaboration features for more productive online interactions. This training will be held in a computer lab at Cape Fear Community College and this professional development offering is only available to CFCC Faculty and instructional staff.
