Part symphony, part poem. Debussy’s innovative La Mer (The Sea) is one of the most influential pieces of the 20th century and has been an audience favorite for more than a hundred years. A brilliant orchestral work, it is truly one of the supreme achievements in symphonic literature. The concert will also include the three grand prize winners of the PSO’s annual Collin County Young Artist Competition performing their winning concertos.
