Awaken the Dance Your Soul Remembers
In this live introductory workshop, I’ll guide you through a shortened journey of all seven chakras... a taste of my full 9-week Freedom series.
We’ll begin with a moving meditation to prepare your body, mind, and spirit. Then we’ll move into the dance of each chakra... eyes softly closed, guided by visualizations that open the door to your inner world.
It’s like stepping into a waking dream. You might see images, recall memories, feel emotions rise, or notice your body moving in ways you didn’t expect. If a chakra feels blocked, the music or movement might feel unfamiliar... and that’s where the healing begins.
After the dance, you’ll create a mandala to express what’s awakened within you, reflect on its meaning, and seal the transformation with an integration meditation.
