Be they the peppery-tasting, medicinal kawakawa or the lofty podocarps, Leon Perrie and Lara Shepherd will have some amazing stories to relate and you’ll see the bush with new eyes.
Meet at Tāne Whakapiripiri, Ōtari Visitor Centre. It is easy walking and family groups are welcome. We ask that dogs stay at home for everyones comfort and a smooth tour experience.
This is part of the Ōtari-Wilton’s Bush Trust’s annual guided walks programme. This year, they are on the fourth Sunday of the month, March – November, to celebrate 100 years of Ōtari-Wilton’s Bush.
