Back by request!!!! ???We had such a great response to our first Self love workshop that we've decided to do another date
It was such a lovely experience and with such a small group of ladies it was great to share stories and connect
This is a great 2 hour workshop if you just need a little direction of how to give yourself what you need without feeling guilty or bad about doing so
You also receive a crystal bracelet, a taste of reiki and a workbook to take home
You cannot pour from an empty cup!!
It's a very safe space, confidential and relaxed with tea, biscuits and blankets ?
