Instructor: Peg Toliver, E-RYT-200, YACEP, Certified Holden Qigong Instructor, Certified Spring Forest Qigong Program Leader
Peg Toliver has been teaching yoga since 2007, but her first exposure was over 40 years ago in a college PE class where she found that breath paired with movement helped ground her during stressful times. She earned her 200-hour certification at the Temple of Kriya Yoga, then studied yoga therapy through Healthy Arts Physical Therapy, at Main Street Yoga with hosted workshops from the Center for integrative Yoga Studies, and the Pranakriya School of Yoga. She trained with Baxter Bell, MD and received certification for his Yoga for Healthy Aging program. Peg’s Qigong studies were inspired by the integrative work of YoQi creator Marisa Cranfill, and Energy Medicine Yoga creator Lauren Walker. Peg became a certified group practice leader with Spring Forest Qigong in August 2022 and earned a 200-hour teaching certificate from Holden Qigong in September 2023, Her website is http://radiantqiflow.com
