Are you curious about channelling or drawn to explore the creative, energetic expression known as Light Language?

This welcoming 90-minute workshop offers a safe and supportive introduction to channelling, Light Language and intuitive communication. You do not need any previous experience—only an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Channelling can be expressed through speaking, writing, sound, movement, art or other forms of intuitive creativity. Rather than following a fixed script or expected outcome, we will explore how to soften the thinking mind, trust what arises and allow an original expression to flow.

Light Language is often experienced as an intuitive form of sound, movement or symbolic communication. For many people, it provides a way to express feelings, energies and inner experiences that may be difficult to communicate through ordinary words.

During the workshop, we will explore:

* What channelling is and how it may be experienced

* Different forms of intuitive and energetic communication

* An introduction to spoken, written and embodied Light Language

* Grounding, energetic awareness and creating safe boundaries

* Moving beyond self-consciousness and fear of getting it “wrong”

* Opening the heart and listening to your inner guidance

* Using sound and creative expression to explore your potential

* Integrating intuitive and spiritual gifts into everyday life

You will be guided through gentle practical exercises designed to help you relax, connect with your intuition and discover your own natural way of expressing energy. Every experience is personal, and there is no pressure to perform, speak aloud or experience anything in a particular way.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already work with intuition, healing, meditation, energy or spiritual development and would like to explore channelling and Light Language more deeply.
