About the Facilitator

John Kesler has been developing and sharing Integral Polarity Practice (IPP) for over 20 years. As the founder of the IPP Institute, he promotes IPP as a meditative, life, and leadership practice. His work also serves as the foundation for YOUnify, an NGO fostering community-based leadership and flourishing in eight countries.

John is actively involved in:

• The Oxford-Harvard Leadership for Flourishing working group, part of the Harvard University-sponsored Flourishing Network.
• Chairing the Civic Engagement and Leadership task force within the Spirituality and Flourishing interest group.
• Serving as the "Flourishing Practice Facilitator" of the Flourishing Network, emphasising the importance of inner work for global flourishing.
