With Andrea Weiss on Tuesdays April 8-May 13 | $130 for members $144 for nonmembersEvery night, we each dream. Yet many of us don’t remember dreams, and when we do we often don’t know what to do with them or about them. We wonder if dreams mean anything at all. Western culture tends to dismiss dreams as lacking meaning and importance. And yet in many Indigenous cultures dreams are held sacred and dream sharing is an important communal practice that strengthens families or groups. C. G. Jung considered dreams to be “a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the soul.” In this workshop, we’ll gather in honor and respect for dreams. Bring a dream to share, and we will establish a process for considering each other’s dreams in a safe, exploratory, open-ended way. I will also share tips for tending dreams on an on-going basis.
