AN INTRODUCTION TO DIGITAL FILM MAKING - Capture the magic of movie making!
Capture the magic of moviemaking in this fun and hands-on workshop designed for budding young filmmakers!
Led by the creative team at WheelWorks Arts, participants will become part of a real film crew, learning the foundations of storytelling, scriptwriting, and how to bring their ideas to life on screen.
Using iPads and easy-to-use filmmaking tools, kids will explore different camera shots, angles, and techniques, while working together to plan, shoot, and edit their own short film.
From setting the scene to crafting a story with a clear beginning, middle, and end. This workshop offers a fantastic introduction to the world of digital filmmaking, perfect for curious minds who love movies and want to learn how they're made!
For Ages: 8-14 / Duration: 2hrs.
Start Time: 3.45pm (Exit Time: 5.45pm).
Venue: Liffey Trust Studios, 117-126 Upper Sheriff Street, Dublin 1.
This is a drop-off workshop. Parent/guardian supervision is not required. On the day of the workshop, parent/guardian will be asked to fill in a contact details registration form before the event.
