Izdihar and the Myrtle Beach Habinas are hosting a workshop by Ahmose of Wilmington, NC. She is an ATS instructor and has a fat chance sister studio in Wilmington. We will be exploring the basics of American Tribal Style belly dance in the fatchancebellydance format as developed by Carolena Nericcio of San Francisco. We will cover the 4 basic families of fast movement, formations, posture, basic rules of the lead and follow, and slow movements. a warm up and cool down will begin and end the session.
