About the experience
Join us for a full sensory soundbath experience led by Flowers, owner of Blessa Soaps. Through singing bowls, gongs, chimes autoharp and rain disks, you'll be guided through waves of sound that gently settle the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. As the mind quites and the body softens each tone opens space for stillness and awareness. Afterward we'll gather for tea, light snacks and converstation giving ourselves time to ground, reflect and share community.
Highly recommended
We suggest that you wear very comfortable loose fitting clothing, bring a yoga mat, pillows/blankets, anything that will allow you to rest and relax. We can offer chairs for those that don't want to lay on the ground.
About Flowers:
Michael Flowers McElrath is a Chicago-based yoga instructor and sound practitioner who facilitates immersive sound bath experiences that support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and mindful presence. Through meditation, vibration, and intentional listening, he creates welcoming spaces where community can gather, slow down, and reconnect through sound. He is the founder of Blessa Soaps, an all natural skin care company made in Chicago
