An Immersive and Experiential Sound Bath Experience

This immersion is your chance to set aside the external noise of your week and reset through the ancient tones of gongs, singing bowls, and other frequency-specific, often healing instruments that are utilized to impact physical and emotional wellbeing. These implements work to reduce stress markers and physical tension while allowing mental clarity and presence of mind to be within grasp.

This gentle, accessible practice guides the mind and body into a meditative state, even for people who have struggled with traditional forms of meditation. The session offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner stillness. This is an inclusive space; no prior experience is needed, and all respectful beings are welcome.

This practice is most commonly experienced lying down or seated on a hard wood floor. To fully support your comfort and preferences during the hour-long immersion, please bring any and all of the implements you may desire such as:

• Yoga mats or thick padding (essential for floor comfort)
• Blankets (for warmth—body temperature can drop during deep relaxation and HVAC systems are reduced for sound quality)
• Pillows (for head and knee support)
• Eye masks or a scarf (to enhance your relaxation and block light)
