About the Event

? This will be a classic showcase of New Zealand hospitality. Great wine and great food. Wine pairings have been developed with the Chef and their team to highlight the versatility of the wines. There will be ample time to connect with your fellow Opimian members, meet and chat with Vince, and learn about Te MATA's deep roots in New Zealand.

Wines: A range of vintages, varietals, and styles will be poured during the event. These include, but are not limited to – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other surprises!

Food: Unique, specially prepared dishes to match the wines and bring some New Zealand flair to the table.
