Held at the luxury beach rental, The Bungalow East, just a few steps from the beach. Prepare to feel as if you are walking into an oasis to nourish the mind, body and soul.

The evening consists of :

• Intention Setting & Circle
• Embodiment Yoga on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean
• Cacao & Burn Ceremony
• Full Moon Floating Sound Bath with Live Music

Prepare to PLUG IN to the present moment and allow yourself to be fully recharged and inspired by the power of NOW.

This is an exclusive and intimate retreat. Spots are limited and floating beds will be assigned to the first 10 sign ups.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, and large blanket or towel to practice on the beach.

Journal and pen.

Water bottle.

Comfortable clothing that may get wet during floating sound bath .
