An Eventing with the Poetic Mind Lab

Join Good NAtured and Poetic Mind Lab to unlock your inner power to investigate and create change. You’ll explore why brain health and nervous system regulation are key to provoking change, sustaining the change maker, and cultivating critical qualities such as compassion, empathy, and objective thinking.

We'll begin with a writing workshop, a guided session designed to help you tap into your unique voice whether you're a seasoned writer or a curious beginner. In a supportive and relaxed atmosphere, you'll be given prompts and exercises to explore change, community, and your inner landscape. You’ll leave with a variety of practices you can use at home to induce flow, regulate your nervous system, and improve the quality of your cognition.
Afterward, we'll dive into the Jam Lab, a space for spontaneous musical creation. Bring your own instrument or use one of ours and collaborate with others in an improvisational jam session. This is an invitation to experiment and play.

To refuel and recharge, we'll have a tasty Taco Bar with flavorful vegan and meat choices.

The evening culminates with our "You Do You" open mic, a chance for you to share your unique talent—be it a poem, a song, a short story, or a comedy routine. This is a supportive stage where every form of self-expression is celebrated and encouraged.

For those who want to keep the energy going, we'll end with Ecstatic Dance.
