No shortcuts. No rush. Just an unwavering commitment to doing things the hard way for the right reasons.

Along the way, Phil pulls back the curtain on how innovation, expertise, and intuition come together in our whiskey. You’ll hear how he and our Master Blender know when a whiskey is ready to be bottled, what ideas are still taking shape behind the scenes, and a little about where Brother Justus is headed next.
