Sabaa Tahir is the bestselling author of the An Ember in the Ashes series, which has been translated into over thirty-five languages. She grew up in California's Mojave Desert at her family's eighteen-room motel. There, she spent her time devouring fantasy novels, listening to thunderous indie rock, and playing guitar and piano badly.
Sabaa Tahir will be discussing her latest fantasy epic at St Ann's Church in Manchester, followed by a book signing. Doors open at 18:00 ahead of the event beginning at 18:45.
