We are delighted to welcome bestselling author and renowned speaker Priya Parker to Huntsville for an important community conversation about conflict — in the workplace, at home, and in groups of all kinds. She'll talk to us about her new book, The Art of Fighting: The Transformative Power of Conflict, in which she explains that disagreement can actually help groups flourish.
Just as Priya Parker taught us to create meaningful, memorable experiences for work and for play in her previous bestselling book, The Art of Gathering, here she will teach us how to have healthy conflicts that help forge long-lasting relationships in our lives.

About Priya Parker:
Priya Parker is a facilitator, strategic advisor, and bestselling author. Trained in conflict resolution, she has worked on race relations on American college campuses and on peace processes in the Arab world, southern Africa, and India. She studied organizational design at MIT, public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, and political and social thought at the University of Virginia. She lives with her family in Brooklyn, New York.
