An Evening With Noah Galuten
About this Event
Join us on Sunday, July 19 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for a one-of-a-kind summer evening as Seabrook welcomes chef and James Beard Award–winning cookbook author Noah Galuten.
Set on the Town Hall front lawn, this event brings together great food, coastal air, and a relaxed, social atmosphere designed for gathering. The evening begins with a cocktail-style reception featuring dishes inspired by Noah’s approach to cooking with fire. Expect bold flavors, a touch of smoke, and food meant to be enjoyed standing up, drink in hand, in the middle of a great conversation.
As the evening continues, guests will settle in for an intimate, moderated conversation with Noah, sharing his perspective on cooking, feeding people in a way that feels real, and the stories behind the food, followed by a guest Q&A. Live acoustic music will carry through the evening, from the reception to the closing book signing.
Noah’s latest cookbook, GRILL TIME!, will be available for purchase at the event for $35.
