On Thursday, September 12, Hull & Oak at The Laura Hotel invites you to An Evening with LALO—a tequila-forward dinner featuring five handcrafted cocktails paired with a bold, seasonal menu showcasing the purity of LALO Tequila.

Founded by Eduardo “Lalo” González, grandson of tequila pioneer Don Julio, LALO Tequila honors a legacy of authenticity and simplicity. Crafted from just highland agave, yeast, and water, LALO delivers a clean, additive-free spirit that shines in every sip.

Your evening begins with a sparkling LALO Spritz alongside red snapper crudo with passion fruit leche de tigre. Next, enjoy the fresh Agave Garden cocktail with charred watermelon and feta. The main course features za’atar-spiced grilled lamb chops and roasted vegetables paired with the smoky Smoke & Mirrors. The night concludes with Portuguese custard tarts and the espresso-forward Midnight in Jalisco.
