There cannot be a more inspirational sporting hero in recent times than Kevin Sinfield. One of the most successful players in the history of rugby league, he has won a plethora of Championships and Challenge Cups with Leeds Rhinos alongside many individual accolades.He played 29 times for England and won a further 14 caps for Great Britain in a glittering career. He made a brief switch to Rugby Union before starting his coaching career in league and union finding success as defence coach at Leicester Tigers before joining Steve Borthwick as part of the England coaching set up.
Despite a phenomenal rugby career, it is probably his amazing fund raising exploits that have given him the inspirational tag completing many endurance challenges to raise money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease charities as a tribute to his great friend Rob Burrow.
He ran 7 marathons in 7 days in 2020, then 101 miles in 24 hours in 2021. He repeated the 7 Marathons feat in 2022 and 2023 including "The Extra Mile" raising millions of pounds in the process.
His story is one that will inspire whatever your sporting background and one you won't want to miss.
We will chat to Kevin about his career and then follow with an opportunity for the audience to get involved with a Q&A session.
Tickets are priced at £27.50 plus booking fee. There are also a limited number of VIP Tickets available priced at £55 plus booking fee which will include a “Meet & Greet” with Kevin, a photo opportunity and ONE signature from the man himself plus seats in front two rows.
