Nick "Heatstrokes" Keith (@heatstrokesbbq) is a Fairfield, CA based BBQ content creator and Masterbuilt brand ambassador. He's been grilling for about 20 years, but his passion really caught fire during years of tailgating at Raiders games in Oakland. A little over a year ago he started sharing his cooks online, bringing bold, fire-forward flavor to recipes like Miso Wasabi Wings and Sriracha Sunset Wings. He's a big believer that mistakes are part of the journey and that authenticity is what connects with people. Outside the grill he's into pop culture and comic books, and family time is his favorite way to unwind. Bottom line: if it involves fire, Nick's all in.
