Justine Martin is proudly a past resident of Glen Innes, she attended Glen Innes High School and then went on to own & run the Jangles Fashion Hut in Grey Street. Justine's passion and pride for Glen Innes has alway been evident; she was the Chair of Marketing Committee for the Glen Innes Chamber of Commerce; Head Stewart for the ceramics section at the Glen Innes Show; Secretary of the Rural Youth Branch of Glen Innes and an active member of the Glen Innes Jelly Beans Tug-of-War Team.Eleven years ago Justine was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, underwent three heart surgeries, then had three primary cancers. Medical specialists told Justine, she would never work again. But that was never an option for her! Justine catapulted herself into the world of business. She not only changed her life to give it purpose & direction, but also inspired those around her with her story and determination.
After learning how to paint and using her art as therapy, she has become a multi-award-winning artist and successful business owner of JUZT art. This direction gave her the first steps of strength and determination to take control of her financial future. Her own journey inspired the passion and launch of a second business; Resilience Mindset, where she coaches, runs a resilience podcast series, is a published author and a keynote speaker on resilience.
JMC launched a publishing arm to the business called Morpheus Publishing in July 2022. Justine’s passion for writing resilience/self-help books and the addition of writing her first kids book, Same Same But Different, saw the launch of a publishing arm to the corporation. Same Same But Different is the first children’s book in the series, following the daily perils of Pansy the dachshund - focused on diversity and inclusion in an easy format for children to comprehend. Justine has now co-authored four books, with three more books underway.
Eleven years on ... Justine is NOW an accomplished & award-winning artist; international keynote speaker; resilience coach; multiple amazon best selling book author; international podcast host and is known as the Queen of Resilience! She is the Founder/CEO of the Justine Martin Corporation (JMC) that incorporates six businesses: JUZT art, Resilience Mindset, Van-Go Decals, Morpheus Publishing, Team Finger Print and Geelong Residential Cleaners.
Justine is thrilled to return home to Glen Inne to see her family and friends, and will host an 'Evening with Queen of Resilience Justine Martin & Book Signing of her new children's book Same Same But Different.
