About this Event

A four-course dining event accompanied by the rich, expressive guitar music of Neil Dixon Smith. Set against the scenic backdrop of the veranda, guests will enjoy a chef-curated menu crafted to complement the warmth and elegance of live Latin American guitar.

From vibrant melodies to romantic, folkloric rhythms, Neil’s performance provides the perfect soundtrack for a night of elevated cuisine, great company, and open-air ambiance. A full cash bar and welcoming cocktail hour round out this unforgettable culinary and musical experience.


The night begins with a cocktail hour from 6–7pm, followed by a chef-curated five-course dinner starting at 7pm.

Menu includes:

Course 1: Short Rib Grilled Cheese Slider
Braised short rib layered with nutty Gruyère cheese on a toasted brioche slider, served with a house-made tomato confit dipping sauce. A comforting, elegant twist on a classic favorite.

Course 2: Gazpacho Soup
A refreshing Andalusian classic, this chilled soup captures the essence of summer with vine-ripened tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, cucumbers, garlic, and red onion. Blended to a velvety finish and lightly seasoned with olive oil and sherry vinegar. Served cold to invigorate the palate.

Course 3: Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad
Tender roasted red beets and whipped goat cheese rest atop a bed of fresh mixed greens, complemented by heirloom cherry tomatoes, toasted pistachios, and a bright citrus vinaigrette. A vibrant balance of earthy, creamy, and crisp.

Course 4: Coffee-Crusted NY Strip & Butter-Poached Lobster
A rich, aromatic coffee rub enhances our perfectly seared NY Strip, served medium rare and crowned with bone marrow butter. Paired with tender butter-poached lobster and finished with a delicate lemon saffron beurre blanc. Accompanied by truffle mashed potatoes and char-grilled asparagus.

Course 5: Classic Crème Brûlée
Silky vanilla custard with a crisp, caramelized sugar crust, torched to golden perfection. A timeless dessert that cracks with every spoonful and melts with every bite.


Please Note:
Seating for An Evening on the Veranda will be arranged in an elegant, banquet-style layout. Guests will be seated at shared tables to encourage a warm, social dining atmosphere.
