Join us for an informative evening with RWN member Cheryl Abraham, a Retired Psychiatric Nurse with 21 years of experience, who now brings her expertise as a Certified Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and Somatic Trauma Informed Coach (CPD & ICF accredited). Cheryl specializes in supporting those who have experienced the pain of narcissistic abuse, and her compassionate approach offers both clarity and hope.
In this session, Cheryl will guide us through:

How to recognize the signs of narcissistic behavior (interactive)
Practical tools and gentle strategies for protecting yourself and beginning the journey of healing
