An intention led gathering held in ceremony and community, guided by the body and sound.Taking place shortly after the New Year, this evening offers space to set embodied intentions for the year ahead.
A gathering to honour the quiet of winter, mark the turning of a new cycle, and plant a seed to carry forward.
The evening includes Peruvian cacao, somatic flow, and a guided sound journey with crystal bowls, drums, and sacred instruments.
Together, these practices offer nourishment for the year ahead.
Led by
Love, a sound alchemist, guides a sound journey using crystal bowls, drums, and sacred instruments to support deep presence and embodied alignment.
Karolina, yoga facilitator and somatic practitioner, guides a body-led practice rooted in breath and felt sense, anchoring intention and renewal.
