For one night, Chef Kathryne Bennett of Bionda explores the culinary traditions of Molise, a region of southern Italy that stretches from coast to a mountainous countryside. A traditional four-course dinner in Molise tends to be rustic, seasonal, and deeply tied to shepherding, mountain agriculture, and Adriatic seafood.
