An Evening of Integrative Care for Perimenopause & Menopause

Join us for an intimate gathering focused on navigating perimenopause and menopause with thoughtful, integrative care. Our three women's health providers—two acupuncturists and a pelvic floor physical therapist—are hosting a relaxed “fireside chat” (minus the fireplace 😉) to help support through this transition.

Each provider will share a 15-minute talk exploring a different pillar of support during this transition, including hormone balance, nutrition, holistic facial rejuvenation, and pelvic floor health. Together, we’ll discuss how integrative modalities can support your body, energy, and sense of self during midlife.

This is not a lecture—it’s a conversation. With a small group setting, there will be plenty of time for questions, discussion, and real-world guidance tailored to what you’re experiencing right now.
