Chanting can help heal the body, protect the mind, and take you to the innermost places within to find peace, balance, and overall well-being. Scientific research shows that participating in kirtan may reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain among other things.Please join Sita’s Light for this very special night focused on healing mantras, spiritual songs, and sound vibrations for all in need.
If possible, wear WHITE for this event to help raise the energies of healing, purity, divinity, and enlightenment in the group.
All are welcome – please bring a friend or family member who may benefit greatly from the healing energy that will be created.
