In conjunction with our special exhibition, "Reimagining Nature: Dalí’s Floral Fantasies," we invite you to explore the alchemical magic of infusion during this unique cocktail experience.First, view the exhibition to become inspired by Dalí’s astonishing transformations of fruit and floral illustrations into surreal masterpieces. Then, under the direction of our community partners at St. Petersburg Distillery, you’ll learn about the practice of infusing liquors with the flavors and notes of fruits and flowers before creating your own personalized infusion to take home. Finally, you’ll enjoy some amazing craft cocktails—expertly crafted by St. Petersburg Distillery’s resident mixologists—featuring fruit and flower-inspired flavors while you socialize and enjoy a grazing board created by our very own Chef Chuck Bandel of Café Gala.
