An evening of Breathwork & Sound Bath

Taking breathwork and sound healing to a whole new level. Not only will you experience your own unique transformation of the bodymind, you will gain a sense of deep understanding behind the breathwork techniques and vibrational frequencies produced by resonating crystal singing bowls. In focusing on the science of biological effects in the body and brain, it wil leave you feeling refreshed as well as empowered.
What's in store: You will be guided through a well-crafted combination of varying breathwork techniques that will tap into the different elements of physiological change as you are serenaded by the tranquil resonation of crystal singing bowls and other soothing sound instruments surrounded by ambient lighting and candlelight.

Danny Swanson founded Just Yoga, Inc. in 2021 with the intention of using yoga and breathwork to help people in a common sense way, without too much woo-woo. The second founding intention was justice: doing what we can to help everybody be equal in the eyes of the law. Danny Swanson has been in IT for 25 years. Not long after graduating yoga school in 2017, he herniated 2 discs in his low back and has spent the years since then recovering, studying pain, breathing and the nervous system, yoga for trauma, anxiety and general well-being.

Lori "Sway" Kroh recently rebranded and founded Theta Sound Healing as she begins to host various sound bath and yoga/meditation classes for the general public. She is on a journey of over 15 years in somatic welless, providing massage, energy work, yoga, meditation, life coaching and now sound healing. In studying Neuroscience at UC San Diego, Sway is immersed in researching habit and emotion in relation to mental health and well-being, which can influence the physiological healing attributes of wellness therapies. Sound healing has been found to modulate a finicky nervous system and bring a theta brain wave state which helps to decrease stress and ease symptoms of chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD and more.
