At The Avery Brasserie, James Beard Award Semifinalist Chef Cal Elliott welcomes acclaimed chef, restaurateur, and James Beard Award Semifinalist Lee Anne Wong of Honolulu's beloved Koko Head Cafe for an intimate evening shaped by a shared reverence for place and seasonality. Drawing from Chef Wong's experience cooking across Hawaii and Chef Elliott's thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach, the menu will highlight the peak flavors of summer through five courses that honor both local harvests and the relationships behind them.
